Should it be the multiple languages that you can set up for all interaction with your Guests or the interface of Concierge Organizer that you can set up in your own language, the choice is yours !

Concierge Organizer can be enriched with many additional features, gateways to your PMS, your HSOS or your App, e-connections with your suppliers. It also offers plugins such as tracking your arrivals in limousines and many others. And if it does not exist, we shall create it for you.

Your Dashboard presents at a glance the essential information of the day, in the form of customizable widgets, linked to specific functions of Concierge Organizer, clients arriving today, meeting-rooms occupancy, internal messaging … or external sources such as news, weather reports, sports results, exchange rates, or converters of distances or temperatures, etc.


Your Agenda, the heart of Concierge Organizer, presents a state of the different reservations, ticketing, restaurants, transportation or services that you confirmed on behalf of your customers. It also offers an easy way to follow-up with your daily instructions for your current and future customers, now enriched with a warning system and a checklist of daily, weekly or monthly tasks as you will set them up.


Concierge Organizer will assist you in preparing your customers future stays and help you building in a few clicks their full itinerary, allowing fast and effective communication with them. Access the history of their previous stays, generate or modify in seconds a neat and elegant correspondence that will give a very professional image of the quality of service you are able to deliver to the client.


Concierge Organizer gives you the ability to create or import a powerful and comprehensive Directory, to manage simultaneous research within your own datas and through your selected seach engine. Use keywords, make multiple selections, or generate custom lists for your clients. The « Events » module allows you to store temporary information such as exhibitions or concerts etc.


Save any information that may be helpful to better serve your customer and prepare a next visit: a Frequent Flyer number with a favorite airline, the references of a membership card for rental car, a usual table in a restaurant and a food allergy to notify at each booking, preferred newspapers or dedicated babysitter. Also, Concierge Organizer will keep track of all arrangements booked during previous stays.


Your different log books are also available to record deliveries, registered or express mail sent or received, or items left « to be called for » and their storage location. While the Deliveries feature will allow you to manage DND situations, the express mail can be linked to the different providers websites for a better follow up, but it is also possible to follow the activity of incoming and outgoing baggage or lost and found items.



Concierge Organizer is compliant with GDPR requirements in terms of security and protection of data and matches PCI SSD standards for security policies protecting payment cards.


Concierge Organizer proposes an API that allows it to connect to other software internally, and also communicate securely with the platform of providers.


Concierge Organizer will retrieve your existing database for your Directory (included) or if needed, can also provide a database relevant to your destination (optional).


The configuration and parameter settings of Concierge Organizer allow the user a free access to modify them and adapt the software as well as can be to the requirements of daily operations.


Concierge Organizer proposes optional apps that allow for example to follow your arrival transfers from your smartphone to better greet your Guests at the curbside of your property.


Concierge Organizer is easy and user friendly but we are happy to propose with your installation a comprehensive training to your Team based on three half days (optional).

Who we are

It is from the many years of practice and of experience of a profession that Concierge Organizer was born. It is a tool designed by a Concierge for Concierges and many of you today have adopted it and would not go back.

Our goal it to evolve constantly with you because it is your software and it is by listening to your needs and requests that we make it better support you in the best possible way to reach excellence in the quality of service that you deliver daily to an increasingly demanding clientele.

Concierge Organizer was first created when I was the Chef Concierge at the Lancaster, back in 1998. It was at the time based on FileMaker Pro and operating on a single station. I then moved to the Four Seasons George V in 2001 and implemented it on multiple stations and the large Concierge Team adopted it immediately.

It has since then always evolved and after the Ritz Paris that became our first client, many others have joined the happy users.

Many new features have appeared and after becoming web based a few years ago, version 7 will now be a fully responsive evolution.
